Welcome to Dragon Gi. We’re not just another gear company. We are practitioners, competitors, and lifelong students of the gentle art. Our story began where many of the best do: on the mats, driven by a need for BJJ gear that could keep up with our passion.

The Genesis of Dragon Gi

Dragon Gi was founded in 2019 by Anders — a BJJ practitioner who kept running into the same wall every serious student hits: the gear you actually want costs more than your monthly training fees.

Shoyoroll drops that sell out in minutes. Albino & Preto limited editions that hit secondary markets at triple the price. Premium gis sitting behind a paywall that most training budgets simply can’t clear.

Anders didn’t accept that. He spent two years building supplier relationships and buying in volume so Dragon Gi could offer authentic, competition-grade gear at prices that don’t punish you for loving the sport.
