Our BJJ rash guards are fitted grappling tops for no-gi training, and to wear under a gi. Choose long or short sleeves, and pick a matching pair of BJJ shorts if you like your kit to match.
Long sleeve vs short sleeve
Long-sleeve rash guards cover more skin, which helps against mat burn and keeps your arms cleaner when rolling. Short sleeves are cooler and feel less restrictive in warm gyms. Many grapplers train in both.
How a rash guard should fit
A rash guard should be snug enough that it doesn’t ride up or bunch when you move, but not so tight that it limits your breathing. Most listings run from XS to 3XL. Check the size guide on the product page, especially if you’re between sizes.
Under a gi
Wearing a rash guard under your gi jacket adds a hygiene layer and stops the jacket rubbing. Many academies, and women’s divisions at most events, expect a top under the gi. Browse our jiu jitsu gis to complete the set.
Rank colours
IBJJF no-gi events have specific rules on rash guards, including colour requirements linked to belt rank. If you compete, check the current rules for your event.
Care and returns
Wash inside out in cold water and air-dry to keep the fabric and print in good condition.
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that orders placed in the wrong size or colour can’t be returned or exchanged, so check the size guide first. Full details are in our returns policy.
